Find a bug? Seeing something unusual? Just want a little advice? We’re here to help. You can search our knowledge base, check out our FAQs, browse the forums, or create a ticket if you’re having trouble.

If you are a New Relic customer or partner, we recommend that you create a Support Account. If you create an account, you’ll be able to post and track "private" questions (that only you and our support team can see.) However, if you do not want to create an account, you can still create and see "public" questions in our discussion areas.
