None of the Charts Appear in the UI
RPM's charts requires Flash 8 or higher. You can download the Flash Plugin for your browser from the Adobe website.
Several customers have reported that the charts no longer work
after installing ClickToFlash. Be sure
and add New Relic (rpm.newrelic.com or
heroku.newrelic.com for Heroku customers) to the
whitelist if you are using ClickToFlash. The click-to-enable
overlay normally provided by ClickToFlash will not appear.
Several customers have run into problems in the past with the charts on Linux browsers. If you are encountering problems with viewing the charts on Linux, please open a support request (email support@newrelic.com).
Since June 2010, support for HTML5 canvas-based charts are in beta. There is a switch on your user preferences page for turning on the canvas charts. Canvas charts do not require Adobe's Flash plugin, but work less reliably in Internet Explorer and older versions of Firefox and Safari.
